In this document, "n bajee", "platform", "site" or "we" refers to the organisation operating n bajee and its website. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person who has accessed this platform or created an account.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used for withdrawals.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, n bajee reserves the right to investigate withdrawals.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on n bajee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

4.1 Welcome Bonus

n bajee offers new members a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the balance ৳2,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• After receiving a bonus, winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time — each bonus must be claimed separately.
• If any unusual pattern or abuse of the system is detected in bonus usage, n bajee reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• If a bonus is claimed without reading the terms of a promotion, a later claim of not knowing the terms will not be accepted as a valid reason.
• A bonus may expire if wagering is not completed within the specified period.

4.3 Other Promotions

n bajee's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Cashback is given as a set percentage of the total net loss for the week.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Example: If a Gold tier member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100. The criteria for VIP tier changes are at the platform's discretion and may change from time to time.

6.1 Game Operations

All games on n bajee are conducted fairly and impartially. If an incorrect result is shown due to a technical error, n bajee reserves the right to restore the correct result. Bets placed by exploiting software errors may be considered void.

6.2 Betting Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• For sports betting, n bajee's decision on match results and points settlement is final.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed, the bet is generally cancelled and the stake is returned.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

Any form of fraud, account hacking, use of bots or automated software, bonus abuse, and money laundering are completely prohibited. If such activities are detected, the relevant account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

• Registration with false or incorrect information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Abuse of the bonus system
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
• Use of prohibited software or techniques
• Any serious breach of these terms and conditions

Users may also request account closure at any time. If a voluntary account closure request is made, any valid balance will be returned after verification.
